Kristen serves as the Assistant Director for the Educational Opportunity Center (EOC), which provides critical services to Dallas County residents. With a strong background in social work and over seven years of experience in TRIO programming, Kristen is dedicated to helping individuals access higher education and achieve their academic goals.

Before joining the ORS team, Kristen worked in various social service fields, assisting homeless individuals, single mothers, and children in need. This hands-on experience has provided a deep understanding of the challenges many face, which she brings into her role, ensuring that the services offered are both compassionate and effective.

Kristen holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Pre-Professional Counseling, with minors in Psychology and Children & Family Studies. Known for being detail-oriented and solution-focused, Kristen is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of Dallas County residents through education and community support.
