Joseph is originally from Killeen, Texas, and received his Bachelor of Science in Geography with a minor in Sociology from Tarleton State University.  

Joseph has previous experience working with TRIO programs, as he previously worked for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County Upward Bound program as a Project Advisor.

He is known as a great relationship builder and strives to help others and provide opportunities for all.
